I've got it too and I love doing it from time to time but 5 months in a row every day? I get bored easily so I couldn't pull that off but I do admire her for that.<br /><br />Strange how your weight is fluctuating but I love the attitude of eating healthy and being active. I haven't seen movement in almost 7 months. It will go down a few pounds then up a few pounds, but always stays in the same area. I am hoping that by adding in an extra day of running and more weight training that it will do the body good. <br /><br />Good luck to you! I seriously think when we stop worrying about it the lbs just fall off.
