Breakfast - 3/4 c. Vector cereal, 1 c milk, banana
Snack - orange
Lunch - whole wheat pita pocket w/3 oz turkey/roast beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pickle & mustard.   1 c. mixed veggies, 1/2 c. whole wheat low sodium pretzels
Snack - 2 laughing cow wedges, grapes, 12 pecans
Dinner - Pork stir fry w/ 1/2c. brown rice

NOTES:  Lunch - holy filling! Threw out 1/4 of the sandwich.

Breakfast - 1/2 c oatmeal, 3 egg whites, 6 almonds, 1 c milk, banana
Snack - apple
Lunch - whole wheat pita pocket w/3 oz turkey, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pickle & mustard.  1 cup vegetable soup.  carrot sticks and 1 laughing cow cheese wedge
Snack - 1/2 c. greek yogurt, strawberries & grapes
Dinner - 4 oz. chicken, 1 small potato, asparagus, salad w/dressing

NOTES - Breakfast seemed like a lot and could not eat the banana with the rest.  Ate it after arriving at work.  Almost forgot to have afternoon snack, but was glad I did squeeze it in or I would have been starving by dinner (which was late after Zumba class).
