I am SERIOUSLY behind on these goals. It's almost unachievable.
Notice I said "almost"?
So far this month I have only run 17.8 miles and 4 runs. Being that it's almost mid-month I have a lot of work ahead of me.
In order to reach my mileage goal I have to run on average 4.84 miles per day. And to reach my # of runs goal, that one is probably tougher. I have to run 16 out of the next 17 days - YIKES!
But I'm going to give it a go. I'm thinking the only way I can safely reach the # of runs goal is to add in a few days where I just run a short 1-2 mile run where I would normally take a rest day. Otherwise I think I'd be risking injury and burn-out.
We can do anything we set our mind & hearts to!
